"Looked just like the photo"
I ordered from southchicagoflorist.com and, i was half expecting the arrangement to show up looking like the “budget interpretation” of the picture, since some places seem to use the nice photo just to get you to click. But the flowers actually looked really close to what was shown online.
The colors were right, the flowers were arranged nicely, and it didn’t feel like they were trying to cut corners once they had the order. I was pleasantly surprised and would use them again

"Not great with communication"

"Beautiful sympathy arrangement, just a bit late"
The sympathy flowers were really lovely and looked fresh, which I appreciated. Compared with some arrangements I’ve ordered from other places, this one was much closer to what we actually requested, especially with the soft, respectful colors. Delivery did come a little later than expected, but overall it was a nice arrangement and felt appropriate for the occasion.

"I wanted the bouquet a certain way..."
I wanted the bouquet a certain way, and they let me change it around with no problem at all. I’m not always the best at knowing exactly what flowers go together, but I knew what I liked, so that was enough. It ended up looking just how I pictured it.

"Late flowers and a frustrating experience"
The flowers ended up arriving late, which was already disappointing. When I reached out about it, the response made me feel kind of talked down to instead of actually helped. Overall, not really satisfied with the experience.

"They checked in first, which I appreciated"
They actually called me before making a substitution, which was nice because sometimes places just swap things out and you find out later. The flowers still looked really in the end, so no complaints from me. I was a little distracted that day anyway because my dog had decided the delivery box was somehow his new enemy, but overall the whole thing was handled well.

"Nice flowers, just a little pricey"
The flowers looked nice and showed up on time, so that part was good. I just thought the arrangement would be a bit fuller for the price. It wasn’t bad or anything, but this felt a little expensive for what it was.

"Flowers were fine, replies were a little slow"
I ordered flowers through southchicagoflorist.com and the arrangement turned out fine overall. Nothing was wrong with the flowers, and they looked nice enough when they arrived. For some reason I remember the delivery box had this tiny blue sticker on the corner, which is a weird detail to stick in my head, but there it is.
Customer service did eventually answer my question, but it took longer than I expected, so I was kind of left wondering for a bit. It wasn’t a bad experience, just average. I’d maybe order from them again, but probably only if I wasn’t in a hurry or needing quick updates
"Delivery area felt little too limited"
I was trying to get an order sent to place nearby, but they couldn’t deliver there. It was kind of frustrating since it wasn’t even that far.

"Pretty arrangement, but a little smaller than I expected"
Overall, I was happy with the flowers. They looked fresh, the colors were really nice, and the arrangement was close to what I expected from the photo.
That said, it did feel a bit smaller than I thought it would be, especially for the price. It wasn’t a huge disappointment, but I did notice it right away.
My aunt still really liked it, which matters most, and it was definitely cute. I’d probably order again, just with slightly adjusted expectations.

"Fresh flowers, but I still have a couple complaints"
I ordered a bouquet from southchicagoflorist.com the flowers were really fresh when they arrived. No droopy stems, no brown edges, none of that sad-looking stuff you sometimes get. I was actually surprised how long they lasted. My only complaint is I kept expecting them to start looking bad and they just didn’t, which almost annoyed me because I had nothing to complain about. Seriously though, fresh flowers, nice bouquet, and they held up really well...

"Photos Look Really Nice"
I haven’t ordered anything yet, so knowing my luck something will probably go wrong when I finally do, but just looking through the site, the flower arrangements look really nice. The photos are clean, the colors look fresh, and it’s easy to see what you’re getting. I’ve been on plenty of messy sites that make things harder than they need to be, but this one didn’t feel like that. For now, 5 stars just for the presentation...

"Nice flowers, but delivery could’ve been better"
The flowers looked great, no complaints there. The only issue was the driver left them sideways by the door, which was a bit frustrating. Not a huge deal, but a little more care with the delivery would’ve made the experience much better.

"Bad timing made the whole order issue worse"
I had a problem with my order the timing couldn’t have been worse. I reached out to support, but it felt like they kept pushing it off instead of actually fixing anything. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but in the end, my issue never really got resolved.

"Checkout really shouldn’t have been this frustrating"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout just wouldn’t accept my card no matter what I did. I get that payment issues happen sometimes, but it’s only fair to expect the checkout process to work smoothly, especially after taking the time to shop. After a few tries, I ended up giving up.

"Staff didn’t seem very professional"
I kind of got the feeling the staff just didn’t want to be bothered. Usually when people give short answers and act annoyed, I assume they’re either having a bad day or they just don’t care much about helping, and that’s how it came across here. The attitude felt off, and I didn’t really get the help I expected. For a florist, I thought the service would be a lot warmer
